We are working with a global transport business who are looking for a Transport Planning / Admin to join their team in Manchester.

This is a chance to join a fast moving, dynamic business who offer plenty of opportunity to learn and develop new skills whilst progressing your career quickly. Your focus will predominantly be in the North-West, however you will have exposure to UK wide operations in a business who operate on an international scale and one who pride themselves on quick decision making and delivering on their promise.

This role is working 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Gym & free parking on site.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll plan the safe and efficient transport of products / cargo across the UK, working with drivers and liaising with customers.
  • Ensure efficient routes are planned, utilising the fleet efficiently to deliver OTIF.
  • Collate and prepare documentation for the loading and offloading of goods.
  • Support the team with wider tasks and provide excellent customer service to the customer base.


    • Experience you need

  • A solid transport knowledge across vehicle and driver compliance, including hours.
  • PC Literate, ideally with experience of Transport Planning systems.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong communicator
  • Experience working within an effective team
