Ripon Farm Services is looking for a proactive and detail-driven e-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimise our growing online platforms including Shopify, Amazon, TikToc, eBay, and more. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact by growing a successful online retail presence. Ripon Farm Services is a leading John Deere agricultural and horticultural dealership with 13 branches across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and Teesside. We are currently seeking a hands-on and motivated e-Commerce Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms. Oversee stock levels, order fulfilment and supply chain logistics solving problems before they arise. Optimise product listings across all platforms to maximise visibility and conversion. Write creative, SEO-rich copy, including technical specs and engaging product descriptions. Monitor and report on key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI, etc.). Execute and support digital marketing campaigns, including PPC. Respond to online customer enquiries to ensure a smooth customer experience. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other departments to ensure website performance and brand consistency. Identify and act on opportunities to grow our online presence and sales channels. What We re Looking For: 2 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and online marketplaces. Proven track record in running PPC campaigns and using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics). Experience managing product-based websites (Shopify preferred) and online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.). Strong copywriting skills with a flair for writing creative and informative content. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Able to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment. A positive, proactive mindset and a team-focused attitude. Experience in a consumer product-based industry is preferred.
