Description Goods in/Goods out operative Marchington Role and key responsibilities for Goods in/Goods out operative : Assisting the Goods Out Supervisor and wider team to ensure that orders are packed in accordance with time, quality and quantity targets Keeping your work area clean, stocked and ready to work Following health and safety procedures to ensure the welfare of yourself and those around you Checking quality Control of processed stock / packaged items, ensuring it meets company standards for customer satisfaction Assisting drivers/porters with loading vehicles Updating warehouse management system to aid in product accuracy checks Supporting wider warehouse team when required Ensuring all processes and working practices comply to Company / Site procedures. Minimum Requirements for Goods in/Goods out operative: Forklift driving qualification Hard working, proactive and independent Organised, responsible and trustworthy Strong Attention to detail you'll need to be able to follow strict operational guidelines Ability to work under pressure, prioritising workload and multitasking Adaptability to changing daily tasks Professional demeanour with team members across our organisation Previous warehousing and packaging experience is advantageous but not essential.
