Job Title : Mobilisation Coordinator
BASIC FUNCTION
To provide administration support for all live contracts within the Maintenance group, working alongside Mobilisation Manager, Commercial Manager, Contract Managers and the Business Development team. The role specialises in the annual renewal of existing contracts and the mobilisation of new contracts which includes the placement of subcontractor purchase orders.
AREAS OF JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
JOB SIZE
Contract administration to all maintenance contracts across the business.
Procurement of suppliers and sub-contractors up to authorised levels.
AUTHORITY LEVELS
Assisting with the sourcing of all suppliers and sub-contractors to meet approved contract plan.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
. skills on all major software packages.
Experience in procurement of mechanical or electrical installation/maintenance preferable.
Work planning/programming.
Costing of maintenance related activities preferable.
