TheRole

We have opportunities for class 2 drivers to join our bulk haulage team.

We operating a fleet of 100 vehicles. We specialise in the movement of bulk Aggregate loads across the UK andEurope. Fullinhouse training provided.

Keyaspects of the role include:

·        Demonstrate a respectful, positive attitude towards others and behave inan honest and open manner.

·        Work effectively as part of a team and under their own initiative.

·        Work safely, comply with health and safety legislation, and insistothers do the same.

·        Are practical and have basic mechanical understanding.

·        Are able to plan routes.

·        Are able to work weekends when required.

·        Experience using Microsoft and Outlook

 

Requirements 

Theideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise, copeunder pressure and work to strict deadlines.

Qualifications required:

·        Hold a valid class 2 driving Licence

·        Hold a current Driver CPC card.

·        Hold a digital tachograph card.

·        Knowledge of driver hours regulations

·        Experience in moving bulk would be an advantage butis not necessary as full training will be provided

 

Additional requirements:

·        HGV Class 2 licence held for over 2 years

·        No more than 6 licence points
