Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and also provide some support with:• Medication administration• Cooking and home maintenance• Social support and support to achieve personal goals• Managing the finances of the people we support Our team provide support 7 days a week, so we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday-Sunday and this will include some sleepover shifts. Our shift patterns can vary from am - 10 pm and we have some Sleepover shifts We are recruiting for relief staff. One of the values of Community Integrated Care is our passion for our people and every year we invest in our front-line worker pay in line with the Living Wage increase each April. Our promise has always been clear: we will do everything in our power to improve pay for colleagues. And so, if you start with us between now and 31 March your pay with be £12.50 and then from the 1st April , this will increase to £13.01 Your values: We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
