Our staff team are very supportive and experienced and also provide some support with:• Medication administration• Cooking and home maintenance• Social support and support to achieve personal goals• Managing the finances of the people we support Our team provide support 7 days a week, so we ask for flexibility to work a variety of shifts from Monday-Sunday and this will include some sleepover shifts. Our shift patterns can vary from am - 10 pm and we have some Sleepover shifts We are recruiting for relief staff. Our promise has always been clear: we will do everything in our power to improve pay for colleagues. And so, if you start with us between now and 31 March your pay with be £12.50 and then from the 1st April , this will increase to £13.01 Your values: We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
