Job Opportunity: Forklift Driver Location: Witney, Oxfordshire Shifts: Day or Night (Fixed) Salary: £14.30/hour + Overtime at x1.5 Start Date: Immediate

Your Role:
  • Efficiently move products within the yard and warehouse.

  • Unload stock from delivery vehicles with precision.

  • Safely load finished products onto trailers for customer delivery.

  • Handle stock manually and record movements in the company's stock control systems.

  • Collaborate across all areas of the assembly line and contribute to production.

 About You:
  • You hold an in-date or recently expired forklift license (Counterbalance, Reach, or Combi).

  • Physically fit and capable of manual labor.

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

  • Open to learning all production aspects and working hands-on beyond forklift operations.

  • Experience with hand tools (preferred but not essential).

  • Computer literate and tech-savvy.

 The Perks:
  • Temporary to Permanent Position

  • Full training provided, with opportunities to progress to higher pay bands.

  • Choose between fixed day or night shifts:

    • Day Shift: Monday to Thursday (06:00-15:00), Friday (06:00-12:00)

    • Night Shift: Monday to Thursday (16:45-03:15)
