We are extremely proud to offer very distinct and specialised case management services for adults and children recovering from an acquired / traumatic brain injury, spinal or catastrophic injuries and associated disabilities or conditions.

We are recruiting for a number of support workers to support a 12 year old boy living with his family in his own home. The client is a wheelchair user and requires support with all aspects of personal care and daily living. The client enjoys gaming, cinema, sports and comedy.

* Driver with full UK License essential.

What you'll be working:

• Full and part time positions available
• Increased hours available during school holidays

Salary: £15 per hour

What you'll be working:

• The role will involve enabling the client to engage in rehabilitation, personal care, social and recreational activities, and empowering him to be as independent as possible.
• Flexible support is required. Hours are available before school, after school and weekends. There are increased hours up to full time available during school holidays.

About you:

• We are seeking staff with excellent communication skills and a desire to provide individualised support. A positive, flexible approach and good sense of humour is desirable. Previous care experience with young adults is preferred but not essential.
• The client requires full moving and handling and all aspects of personal care.
• Driver with full UK License essential.

The successful applicants will receive full training for this role, input from therapists and regular supervision by the Case Manager.
