Class 1 Drivers

Connect Driver Solutions, one of the most trusted driving and transport recruiters in the North East, are looking for Class 1 Drivers for ongoing long-term work, with immediate starts available!

Location: Manchester

Pay Rates:

• £14 p/h for first 8.5 hours
• £17.50 p/h after 8.5 hours
• Nights out £26.20

What We're Looking For:

We require Class 1 Tanker Drivers with previous experience loading/unloading using pumps and compressors (ideally with ADR). We are looking for drivers who are willing to tramp away

Your Responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:

• Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
• Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
• Comply with WTD, driver hours & rest periods

What You Need as a Class 1 Driver:

• Valid CAT C+E licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 licence
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Class 1 vehicles
• Valid CPC & Digi cards
• ADR would be desirable, but not essential
• No more than six points on your licence, with no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
